이번 test(실험) 은 Transformation (형질전환)에 대해 알아보기 위해 재조합된 Recombinant DNA를 Competent cell에 넣고, 배지에서 생성된 colony를 observe하였다. 이렇게 colony가 형성되지 않은 이유와 형질전환의 효율을 연관지어 생각해보고, colony가 형성되…(省略)

다. Recombinant DNA을 넣지 않은 대조군과 비교하였을 때 우리 조에서는 조금의 colony가 observe되었지만, 모든 조에서 거의 colony가 생성되지 않았음을 볼 수 있었다.
